regulated in Article 20 of the Constitution; The provisions of this law, for which everyone has the right to demand the protection of their personal data, are applied to natural persons whose personal data are processed, and to natural and legal persons who process this data fully or partially automatically or by non-automatic means provided that they are part of any data recording system.

We attach importance to the protection of personal data of our valued customers and we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data, the method and purpose of processing, to whom it can be transferred for legal reasons, and your rights under the relevant law, within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

  • Information about the product you purchased, such as product name, serial number, IMEI number, sales code

  • Your information required for the issuance of an E-Waybill in cases where transportation is required for the purchased product

  • With your express consent in accordance with Article 5/1 of the KVKK or clearly stipulated in the Laws of Article 5/2 of the KVKK,
  • It is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,
  • It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations,
  • Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
  • For the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, through the channels listed below; Automatic or non-automatic methods are collected and processed if you contact us verbally, verbally, in writing or electronically.

We process your personal data for the purposes listed below:

  • Providing products and services ordered or purchased to our business partners who sell Sprange products, contacting them when necessary and returning the product,
  • Obtaining information regarding the payment of products purchased from our business partners who sell Sprange products,
  • In cases where the installation process for the purchased product is required, the delivery and supply of the products purchased from our business partners who sell Sprange products to the address specified by the consumers,
  • Issuing e-waybill regarding the products to be delivered to the address specified by our consumers, in cases where the transportation process for the purchased product is required,
  • Performing product installations in cases where the installation process for the purchased product is required,
  • Performance of after-sales services,
  • Contacting you by our call center, providing that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, and protecting our legitimate interests such as observing the service quality in relation to the product you have purchased,
  • Measuring and increasing customer satisfaction upon your approval, complaint management, receiving your opinions and suggestions about services and products, receiving your problem-error notifications, informing you about products and services, complaints and requests,
  • To comply with the information storage, reporting, sharing and informing obligations stipulated by official institutions, to fulfill the requirements of the contracts and to fulfill the legal obligations that Sprange is subject to, regarding the use of these services,
  • Fulfilling the procedures related to business processes and providing management reporting activities,
  • In case of your express consent, performing personalized sales and marketing activities regarding Sprange products and services and/or sharing your information with third parties limited to this scope,
  • In case of your express consent, sending electronic commercial messages and sharing your information with third parties limited to this scope,
  • Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right
  • Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

  • YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to article 11 of the KVKK, anyone whose personal data is processed can apply to our Company and make requests regarding the following issues:

  • Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
  • If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
  • To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,
  • Learning the third parties whose personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
  • Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
  • Requesting their deletion, destruction or anonymization in the event that the reasons requiring the processing of personal data disappear, and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
  • Objecting to the emergence of a result against the relevant persons by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • To request the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
  • In this context, by creating your own request regarding your rights in a way that will meet the conditions determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority, to our e-mail address or address given below; You can send it by the methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority. Sprange will conclude the request free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
