Terms of Use and Membership Agreement
The Subject of this Membership Agreement is the Determination of the Services Provided on the Site named sprange.com.tr, the Conditions of Benefiting from These Services, and the Rights and Obligations of the Parties Stated Below.
- The Parties
This Membership Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) that you have signed with the Membership Request in order to receive services from the website sprange.com.tr (hereinafter referred to as sprange.com.tr) It has been arranged in order that the User, who reaches the Content of the Site in this way, can benefit from the Services Provided on the Site, and the Approval of the Related Site by the User or Members will be Instantly in the Electronic Environment. - Terms of Use

Legal Information of Companies (Individuals and Partners), Collective Companies, Ordinary Commandite Companies, Limited Companies with Shared Capital, Limited Companies, Joint Stock Companies, Cooperatives and Other Institutions, and Legal Officers Over 18, Available on sprange.com.tr The field can become a member by filling out the relevant membership form completely and they can act on behalf of their institutions. “Member Name” is Private to Member and Same “Member Name” cannot be given to Two Different Members. c. User : Person who visits SPRANGE’s sprange.com.tr site with or without shopping.
D. Confirmation Process: It is the procedure that must be done for the User to Activate their Membership through the Link in the Mail Sent by SPRANGE to the Mail Address Specified in the Membership Form by the Member

The Services to be Provided by SPRANGE over sprange.com.tr Consist of Electronic Commerce Defined in the Consumer Law Legislation in General Regarding All Kinds of User Transactions to be Made on sprange.com.tr, Consumer Law, Regulation on the Application of Distance Contracts and Principles of Warranty Certificate The Regulations Will Be Applied. Members and Users Acknowledge and Declare That They Have Accepted This Matter.
b. Although the Services to be Provided by SPRANGE on sprange.com.tr are not limited, the most important of these services is the products offered for sale at sprange.com.tr; After the Fee is Paid by the Member, Considering the Availability of the Stock Status of the Supplier and the Legal Periods; The Delivery of the Goods to the Customer by the Cargo Company in the Shortest Possible Time on behalf of SPRANGE without any defects
c. Members and Users Agree in advance that SPRANGE is Free to Determine the Scope and Quality of the Services to be Provided over sprange.com.tr, and that All Kinds of Changes to the Services Have Been Enforced by Posting it on sprange.com.tr
D. In order to benefit from the services to be offered within sprange.com.tr; Users Must Have the Features Determined by SPRANGE and Specified in the Content of the Related Section of sprange.com.tr. They accept - General Provisions

D. Links to Other Websites and/or Other Contents Not Under SPRANGE’s Control and/or Owned and/or Operated by Other Third Parties. or the Person Operator of that Site. It does not carry any kind of declaration or warranty regarding the information contained in the linked website. SPRANGE Does Not Have Any Responsibility For The Websites Accessed Through The Links On sprange.com.tr and their Contents, and Any Damages That May Come From The Use Of These Sites Are The User’s And Members’ Own Responsibility.
to. The Member who violates one or more of the articles listed in this Membership Agreement shall be personally and legally liable for this violation and shall keep SPRANGE free from the Legal and Penal Consequences of these Violations. In the event that the event is referred to the field of law due to this violation, SPRANGE reserves the right to claim compensation for non-compliance with the Membership Agreement.
f. The sprange.com.tr Website Software and Design are the Property of SPRANGE, the Copyright and/or Other Intellectual Property Rights Regarding Them are Protected by Relevant Laws, They Cannot Be Used, Acquired or Changed Without Permission by Members or Users. Also, Companies and Their Products Are Trademarks of Their Owners and Also Protected under Intellectual Property Rights
g. If SPRANGE Requests Member’s Personal Information as a Legal Requirement; Has The Right To Disclose This Information To The Relevant Authorities In Case It Deems It Necessary To Act In Compliance With The Legal Requirements Or To Comply With The Legal Actions Notified To SPRANGE Or To Protect And Defend The Rights And Property Of SPRANGE
h. SPRANGE, sprange.com.tr constantly checks the accuracy and timeliness of the information available, but despite the efforts, the information on sprange.com.tr may lag behind the current changes. This Membership Agreement will remain in effect as long as the User is a Member of the Site and will continue to produce the terms and consequences between the Parties, and will be deemed to have ended in case the User Leaves Membership or Suspends the Membership Temporarily or Permanently. sprange.com.tr’s Members’ In case of Violation of this Agreement or Certain Rules Regarding Membership and Services in sprange.com.tr by the Company and the Users, All Acts of the Sprange.com.tr Site Due to the Acts of which the User or Members may terminate the Agreement Unilaterally They Will Compensate The Damage - Force Majeure
SPRANGE does not accept any responsibility due to late performance or non-performance of the obligations set forth in this “Membership Agreement” of sprange.com.tr in all cases considered as legal force majeure. Due to Default, it will not be possible for them to claim compensation from SPRANGE under any name or name. Users or Members accept and declare this situation in advance. - Applicable Law and Authority
Disputes arising from this Membership Agreement and Utilizing the Services on sprange.com.tr are subject to Turkish Law and Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are Authorized. - Effectiveness and Acceptance
